What to expect
Morning practice is an energizing way to start the day. It aims at awakening the body before a busy day and bringing joy of movement. We will be doing some modified sun salutations to get the juices flowing, stretching out stiffness and clearing out the mind with some strengthening and balancing poses. Both newbies and experienced are so welcome, it’s a feel good yoga class with some spice in it.
