These terms apply to all costumers placing and order at www.intothewoods.se.
Into the Woods and intothewoods.se is owned by Nordic Surfers AB. As a buyer of our products you are responsible for reading these conditions before purchasing and your complete order equals your accepting of these terms. Nordic Surfers AB reserves the right to amend, update or change our terms of use at any time.

Terms
Prices shown are VAT included following Swedish law. After placing your order you will receive an e-mail with details about your purchase. This confirmation is also your receipt.

Certain conditions for Event tickets
Purchased tickets binds you to your order and no return of the ticket is accepted. Lost tickets are not replaced. If you buy your ticket online you can print your ticket again but only one entrance is allowed per ticket.

Confirmation
A confirmation about your purchase is sent out to the e-mail dress you shared with us. This address is also used in case of communications with costumer service.

Payments
We use Stripe for all payments paid directly by card.  Stripes is easy to use and has no hidden fees.

Customers under 18
We do not approve any orders from anyone under 18 without the approval of a parent or legal guardian.

Privacy policy
To be able to shop from us you need to fill in all obligatorily lines at registration. Please make sure you have filled in the correct e-mail as it will be used for conformation and communications.  Choose freely if you wish to receive our newsletter or not and read more about our privacy policy here.

Disputes
In the event of disputes regarding these terms and conditions a solution between the costumer and Nordic Surfers is first priority but should these parties fail in an agreement, the matter is to be resolved in Swedish court according to Swedish laws. .

Force Majeure
Nordic Surfers shall not be held liable for failure of or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is the result of an act of God, such as earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, or other natural disaster, or in the case of war, action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction, blockage, embargo, or failure of electrical service.
