What to expect
Our offering will invite you to Sit in stillness and allow everything but the breath to subside. We will shape the breath to affect the mind and use the mind to create spaciousness in which we will rest and be guided on a journey inwards with the vibrations from a smörgåsbord of instruments and vocal sounds. They will sweep you away if you let them.
Part 1 will focus on Grounding and melting into relaxation and rest. The instrumental landscape grows from the core of the earth, trough our bodies and into the ether. Deep vibrations from the roots and budding flowers from the more delicate tones, both nourishing and soothing. Part 2 will focus on Expansion and build more energy to share with the world. The sound will be more powerful to accompany this sense of vibrancy.
