What to expect
Create Your Own Paper Flowering Branch!
A 2.5-hour workshop encouraging inner creativity through a balance of guided process and free design. We’ll cover the essentials of paper flower anatomy, key techniques, materials, and tools. But most importantly, you’ll have the space and freedom to follow your own creative path and design expression.
Craft as many flowers as time — and the imagination — allows. Then bring your flower creations to life by attaching them to a branch found in the forest at the festival in the woods, making a one-of-a-kind paper flowering branch and memories to take home. Prefer to keep your flowers on stems instead? That’s an option too! Let your creativity bloom!

Slöjd in the Woods
Slöjd in the Woods is an independent project that exists within the framework of the Into the Woods festival. The project brings together professional artisans and craftsmen from various traditional fields to offer engaging workshops and short courses. It’s a unique chance for festival-goers to immerse themselves in the world of traditional crafts.
The goals of the project are to reach individuals who might not typically engage in creative activities and to create a platform for knowledge exchange among cultural practitioners.
Slöjd in the Woods aims to inspire and ignite creativity through hands-on sessions set in the enchanting surroundings of the forest, showcasing crafts in their natural element.
A special thanks to Region Halland, who’s support has made the project possible.
