Morning practice is an energizing way to start the day. Make a choice to start your day on the right foot for better mental, emotional, and physical health. Stretch out stiffness, let’s energize for the day ahead!
Evening yoga is an all level yoga class dedicated for a healthy and strong back. Wouldn’t you want to be supple as a leopard and strong as an ox? In this class we focus on both on the mobility and strength. Also keep in mind that … whatever the question, the answer is core. Expect a little bit of challenge, but also slowing down, relaxation and breathing techniques.
