What to expect
Hello Magical Beings. I will offer a Yin Yoga workshop at this cozy festival. We will drop out of doing mode into just being with ourselves and whatever is. We will enter a meditative space and dive deep into longer stretches in order to release tension and expand our inner landscape… possibly finding a deep seated joy in the process. I will bring my crystal bowl and voice plus words to guide you smoothly on this journey aimed to direct you back to your essence self. Hope to see you. Come as you are.
