Dance activist Nathalie Ruiz is an international stage and media artist, choreographer, educator and lecturer. Her work spans art, opera, theater and film from big and small to atypical stages. Her practice focuses on people, existential issues and society.
A shining star on the dance stage and a tireless ambassador for the arts who makes no difference between the main stage at The Royal Dramatic Theater and the community center in Torup, where she now has her base.

She is a strong voice and force for culture and has been awarded Region Halland’s and Hylte municipality’s culture prizes.
As the artistic director of ARTOME – business with culture as a growth force and leader of Moving Torup/Creative Motion, she strives to highlight the importance of the performing arts also in the countryside.
