What to expect
I am educated within the Hatha/Vinyasa tradition so my classes have emphasis on synchronizing breath and physical movement, to inspire a meditation in motion that helps to harmonize the relationship between our inner and outer world as well as the natural rhythms of the body and mind. This in turn allows and supports inner stillness and a deeper absorption of awareness.
I aim to hold authentic classes where you get a chance to tap into your bodies wisdom and intuition, explore your depths and find your own practice from within. A grounding, calmer class where we spend more time practicing meditation, breathing, flexibility, mobility and relaxation and less focus on strength and balance. We will mostly be seated, on all fours and laying down, we will only be standing for a short while. A class to unwind and find peace but still activate energy flow in the body.
The intention is to feel relaxed, present, soft and grounded after this class. I hope to see you there!
