What to expect
We begin by guiding you to an inner place, a place where you find your inner power and yourself. A safe place to connect with the spirit world and receive healing. Meanwhile we play different instruments and also “sounding” with our voices. Meet your spiritual guides through the forest power & where the wild root winds it’s way and leads you into a deep softness. You are then safely guided back to the present. No prior knowledge is needed. Warm welcome to join the magic Nordic roots with us!
