What to expect
A soft vinyasa class to activate our bodies and regulate our nervous systems with movement, breath and flow. We will start by tuning in, to pay attention to our inner landscape in stillness. Then we will explore a pranayama/breathing exercise to balance the hemispheres of the brain. The major part of the class will be movement synchronized with breath to inspire a meditation in motion.
We practice mobility, flexibility, balance and a little bit of strength before we end the class together in relaxation. No previous experience required. Welcome as you are.
