What to expect
Mindful Flow is a mindfulness and movement based method which explores the cycles of sensations, emotions and thoughts that flow in, out and through of the body-mind. How are we affected by our surroundings and how do we interpret what we sense to relate, express and communicate with reality beyond the spoken word. In Mindful Flow we explore this and more through meditation, movement, contact, curiosity and expression.
