“When the body is too small to hold all emotions, it pours out like music”. Together with Tulda Norén Nielsen (piano, violin, harmonies), Petter Eriksson (doubble bass) and Jonathan Kabell (drums/percussion) the audience gets to dive into songwriter Izabelle’s inner creative world.
Maybe you can anticipate all the years she spent as a street musician around the world on theway she plays her guitar? Or you can perceive the woods where she lives, in the silence between the lines? Above all, it may be that in the lyrics you hear her fascination to dive below the surface to bring home what feels true.
There is a simplicity in this music that is distinctive. An invitation to the listener to settle in and just show up as you are. Incomplete and absolutely wonderful.
